Fernwood Landing
A substantial amount of stone and brick in conjunction with other vernacular lakefront architectural precedents contribute to a unique aesthetic with strong historic roots.
The landscape ties this Lake Sunapee home and site seamlessly while addressing the needs of construction near sensitive lakefront resources. The entry court uses modern construction techniques to capture storm water while maintaining an aesthetic true to the character of the home. Multiple intimate outdoor spaces echo materials of the home while taking advantage of the long southerly views.
