Boys and Girls Club
The Bradley Street Clubhouse underwent a major renovation and expansion to better support the Club’s programs and daily operations. The project included a complete renovation of the existing building and the construction of two additions. A new primary entrance on the north side improved access and created a clearer, more welcoming arrival point.
Improvements continued throughout the property, including a redesigned parking lot with more than 60 spaces, new sidewalks and driveways, drainage, landscaping, lighting, and upgrades to Bradley Street. The work also included relocating the Kimball Park basketball court and adding a paved multiuse path to improve pedestrian and bicycle access.
The renovated clubhouse provides a more functional and accessible community facility designed to serve children, families, and the greater Concord community.
